When I took part in one of Sarah’s yoga workshops my eyes were really opened to the wonders of doing yoga for a longer time than I had ever done it before. It was for two and a half hours.
My standard in yoga did not matter, as Sarah was always able to find ways of adapting what was being done to suit my level of advancement. She had planned the workshop so that the number of participants there was limited, and in this way made sure that I got individual attention. She guided us through her programme with comforting experience and confidence. I was always given clear answers to any questions I had and she put herself across with warmth and humour, but without any loss of attention to the details of the routines we went through. I definitely felt I was being taught to do yoga properly!
By the time the workshop came to a close, I was feeling pleasantly calm and relaxed, in a way yoga had never lead me to experience before. I would and do recommend her.
